- optimization and continuous process improvement using lean manufacturing tools, information technology, process simulation, operations management and times.
- development of logistics projects covering the entire value chain and incorporating monitoring technologies and automation (AGV, P2L, etc.)
Experience in international projects.
Collaboration with freelance and partners on issues that require very specific knowledge.
